Scott Fogleman

Scott Fogleman grew up in Richmond and attended Freeman High School. He developed a love of history and music. Scott left Richmond for the big lights of Los Angeles and New York City to pursue a career in the music industry. After a decade away, Scott returned to Virginia where he started working with technology. Using his interest in technology he worked designing network systems and software/hardware sales. While working full time and restoring a historic home, Scott attended college and received an Associate’s Degree. During this time he developed a love for architecture and historic homes.

Scott Fogleman became a licensed REALTOR in January 2010. He founded a real estate team which outperformed the market each year. In his first year of eligibility, Scott became a Real Estate Broker and opened a second company for property management.

Scott earned two destinations in his first year of Real Estate. Scott earned the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist) and the ePRO designation for internet marketing.

The National Association of Realtors surveys have proven 92% of home buyers begin their search online. ePro is an online marketing certification designed to help homes get better and more exposure to home buyers. Scott also became a Market Leader Software Certified Champion. He has served as a Market Center Technology Ambassador, further enhancing his ability to market homes.

Scott owns stock in multiple Keller Williams Market Centers and has played an important role to Keller Williams’s expansion into Virginian. He has served on several non-profit boards and on the vestry for his church. He was won several sales awards such as Real Trends Top 100.
